The room was functional and had comfy beds. The hotel is really close to a funicular station. The location was excellent. The employees were affable and professional during the stay.

The place was fairly clean, I appreciated that. Overall the staff was helpful here. It had beautifully designed and new-fashioned rooms with 1 queen-size bed and 1 sofa bed. A shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries were available. This place had a quiet atmosphere😃

The general areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and provided a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel's location was very convenient for senior people like myself. It was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant energy of Zagreb.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is a more accessible entrance. As someone with mobility concerns, climbing two floors without a lift was quite challenging for me.

The view from the third floor was stunning and we loved the real windows that opened. The bathroom had a zen-like vibe and the shower was very comfortable. a fantastic experience.

I had a great stay at the Dezman Luxury Center in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom was also excellent, with all the necessary amenities provided.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the trams passing by on the main street and the fact that the doors didn't close fully, allowing noise and light to come in. However, these were just small inconveniences that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
